PRESSUREVECTOR
Proof a company is under pressure to act.

Where companies are under enforcement pressure

Companies currently held at ForcedBuyer or HighTension whose band is driven by a federal enforcement artifact — an OSHA willful or repeat citation, an HHS breach report, or a SAM exclusion. Each is placed where the artifact happened, never where the company is headquartered.

A company is placed by the artifact driving its band — OSHA cites an establishment, HHS reports an entity's location, SAM excludes an entity at an address. Where no artifact carries a location, the company is listed below and left off the map rather than assigned one. Iowa and South Dakota read zero: no company there currently holds an enforcement-driven band. That is a measurement, not a gap.

What this map leaves out.
  • Companies driven by SEC filings or California AG breach notices, which carry no location. No headquarters was substituted.
  • Companies driven by Chapter 11 petitions. Filing venue is not company location — Delaware, SDNY and SDTX host most US bankruptcies, so mapping them would chart court calendars, not pressure.
  • Companies driven by state WARN notices. Those wires run in a subset of states, so including them would measure where Pressure Vector has collectors rather than where pressure is.
  • Companies driven by federal breach suits collected under a Texas-only scope until 2026-08-15.
